CatchSight LLC ("CatchSight," "we," "us") provides the CatchSight app and related services. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
When you use CatchSight, we may collect: photos or video you provide to list items you're selling; account information such as your name and email address; your approximate location (ZIP code level) so we can show nearby sales; and basic device and usage information needed to operate the service.
We do not collect or store your precise (GPS-level) location.
We use listing photos to help buyers discover items at nearby sales. We may use them to show estimated market values as new features launch. We may also use de-identified captures and outcomes to improve our identification and estimation methods. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your listings or account information for advertising.
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate CatchSight (for example, cloud infrastructure and AI processing providers), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can delete your account and associated data directly from within the app, or by contacting us at the address below.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you within the app or by email before the changes take effect.
